Administrative and Billing
Fremont Therapy Group staff is dedicated to supporting our patients from the moment they begin their treatments and every step of the way through their care. Our administrative staff is here to assist you with all administrative aspects of your care including scheduling, insurance claim submission and problem resolution. They work behind the scenes to make sure every patient has a positive experience, so we encourage you to contact them if you have any questions, concerns or comments.
Ally Davis - Marketing Director
Ally worked in the background for several years helping Fremont Therapy Group and is now the Director of Marketing for all five clinics. She implements marketing strategies, manages digital marketing & social media and oversees campaigns, PR and events. Ally also helps foster relationships in the communities where we treat and care for patients.
Ally was born and raised in Lander, Wyoming and left to attend college at the University of Montana after high school. Upon graduating with a B.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism she worked as a TV reporter for three years in Missoula. Ally then moved to Los Angeles to work in the entertainment industry while her husband attended PT school. After spending 8 years away, she returned to Lander to work at a local software and marketing company.
Ally loves living in Wyoming close to friends, family and good people. She enjoys helping businesses tell their stories through marketing and media. When she’s not at work you can find her hosting dinner parties, capturing life via camera, and traveling with her husband & twin boys.
Michelle Henry - Billing Specialist
As Billing Specialist, Michelle brings an energetic and fun personality to the billing department. She is responsible for submitting claims to patient insurance companies and processing all payments. Michelle takes pride in helping patients navigate the insurance world and works diligently to ensure they receive the coverage that is due to them.
Originally from Georgia, Michelle comes to Fremont Therapy with many years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and worked for 12 years in the field before moving to Riverton. Michelle joined FTG in 2015 and is thrilled to be back in the medical field.
Michelle married her high school sweetheart, Robert, in 1994 after dating for nine years. They have a son, Deyton, who is a 2015 graduate from Riverton High School. She enjoys shopping, reading, exercising, spending time with her family and traveling.
Deborah Kaufman - Administrator
Deborah oversees the company's policies, procedures, infrastructure and marketing functions. She is the company's compliance officer and handles the human resource functions.
She has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics, and has worked in government and for public and private companies.
She and her husband Brent raised three children and keep busy visiting them, exercising and vacationing.
Trina Moss - Business Manager
Trina is Fremont Therapy Group's Business Office Manager and oversees the day to day operations of the business.
Trina believes the patient experience extends beyond the treatment area, so she works hard to ensure patient information remains secure and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Her glowing smile, positive attitude and generously stocked candy drawer are a draw to co-workers and visitors alike.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She brings more than 25 years of medical practice management to her current position.
Stacey Nelson - Public Relations
After numerous years working in the science education field, Stacey is now focusing her efforts on helping Fremont Therapy Group continue to grow and provide exemplary care to the people of Wyoming.
Stacey works with our community partners in each FTG location to build relationships and give back to our communities in meaningful ways. In addition, she serves as a liaison for referral sources in Sweetwater and Carbon Counties, making certain our patients receive the best treatment possible.
Stacey is a Wyoming native and can often be found photographing unsuspecting wildlife, floating the Green River, hiking, and chasing her two canine kids and two human kids around the state.
Tina Wilkinson - Administrative Team Coordinator
After many years as the PCC in Lander, Tina now coordinates company-wide administrative functions.She works with each clinic to ensure day-to-day procedures are maintained consistently and provides support to staff in reaching goals while staying true to our FTG mission. In addition, Tina oversees the training and development of new Admin Team members.
Tina is a Wyoming native and moved from Riverton to Lander in 2006. She loves life in Wyoming, and feels blessed to be able to offer her daughters, Emma and Elise, the same upbringing she treasures. Tina and her husband Thomas were married in 1998, and together they enjoy all the wonderful activities Lander has to offer their family, including outdoor recreation, programs for children and community activities.
Isela Vargas - Billing Assistant
Isela Vargas is a billing assistant in our Riverton office. At FTG we take pride in keeping our billing in-house and Isela is an integral part of that process. She works to ensure patients receive the benefits they are entitled to. Her knowledge and attention to detail helps patients understand and navigate the insurance world.
Originally from Riverton, Isela brings several years experience in the purchasing and accounting realm of the digital communication industry. Her strong organization and communication skills are an asset to Fremont Therapy’s billing department.
Outside of work, Isela loves to relax at home with her son, daughter and spoiled pup. She is also a voracious reader of mystery/crime novels and hits the gym for yoga, spin, and piyo classes.
