Administrative and Billing
Fremont Therapy Group staff is dedicated to supporting our patients from the moment they begin their treatments and every step of the way through their care. Our administrative staff is here to assist you with all administrative aspects of your care including scheduling, insurance claim submission and problem resolution. They work behind the scenes to make sure every patient has a positive experience, so we encourage you to contact them if you have any questions, concerns or comments.
Lori Ridgway, Director of Operations
Lori is a vital member of the FTG team, working as the Director of Operations, assisting clinic directors and staff with leadership, marketing, team development, business strategy, and administrative functions. She enjoys working with individuals to help them grow and reach their full potential personally, professionally, and organizationally.
Lori’s professional experience has focused in the areas of marketing, sales, and business strategy. In addition, Lori has a background working in healthcare as a pharmaceutical sales rep. In her role at Central Wyoming College, Lori worked in the Customized Training Department for many years designing and facilitating training for private and state organizations in leadership and management, team building, trust, and coaching. Most recently, she was the Director of Marketing and PR, developing a new website and digital marketing strategy for the college to meet its annual strategic planning goals. FTG is thrilled to have Lori’s support on our team.
Originally from De Beque, CO, Lori and her husband, Eric, are proud to have raised three children in Wyoming and are thrilled to add their first grandson to the mix. Lori loves to hike, bike, and spend time outside photographing beautiful scenery and nature. She is also a sports lover, volleyball being at the top of her list, followed by baseball.
Trina Moss, Business Manager
Trina is Fremont Therapy Group's Business Office Manager and oversees the day to day operations of the business.
Trina believes the patient experience extends beyond the treatment area, so she works hard to ensure patient information remains secure and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Her glowing smile, positive attitude and generously stocked candy drawer are a draw to co-workers and visitors alike.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She brings more than 25 years of medical practice management to her current position.
Deborah Kaufman, Administrator
Deborah oversees the company's policies, procedures, infrastructure and marketing functions. She is the company's compliance officer and handles the human resource functions.
She has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics, and has worked in government and for public and private companies.
She and her husband Brent raised three children and keep busy visiting them, exercising and vacationing.
Michelle Henry, Billing Specialist
As Billing Specialist, Michelle brings an energetic and fun personality to the billing department. She is responsible for submitting claims to patient insurance companies and processing all payments. Michelle takes pride in helping patients navigate the insurance world and works diligently to ensure they receive the coverage that is due to them.
Originally from Georgia, Michelle comes to Fremont Therapy with many years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and worked for 12 years in the field before moving to Riverton. Michelle joined FTG in 2015 and is thrilled to be back in the medical field.
Michelle married her high school sweetheart, Robert, in 1994 after dating for nine years. They have a son, Deyton, who is a 2015 graduate from Riverton High School. She enjoys shopping, reading, exercising, spending time with her family and traveling.
Isela Vargas, Billing Assistant
Isela Vargas is a billing assistant in our Riverton office. At FTG we take pride in keeping our billing in-house and Isela is an integral part of that process. She works to ensure patients receive the benefits they are entitled to. Her knowledge and attention to detail helps patients understand and navigate the insurance world.
Originally from Riverton, Isela brings several years experience in the purchasing and accounting realm of the digital communication industry. Her strong organization and communication skills are an asset to Fremont Therapy’s billing department.
Outside of work, Isela loves to relax at home with her son, daughter and spoiled pup. She is also a voracious reader of mystery/crime novels and hits the gym for yoga, spin, and piyo classes.
Patti Olson, Billing Specialist
Patti is part of our in-house billing team that helps patients navigate the insurance process. As a Billing Specialist, she works with the therapists to ensure accurate billing of services to insurances. She also takes pride in addressing our patients’ questions regarding their accounts and is a compassionate advocate for our patients when researching insurance to make certain they receive the benefits they are entitled to.
Patti has an extensive background in the accounting field, working for 25 years with a CPA firm. She thoroughly enjoys helping patients understand their benefits and works to make each outcome positive. Patti’s attention to detail, positive attitude and communications is a great addition to our billing team.
Originally from Oregon, Patti embraces exploring the beauty of Wyoming and taking photographs. She also enjoys hunting, competitive shooting, woodworking, gardening, canning and showing street rod cars. She is a proud mom of two daughters, three grandsons, and one granddaughter. To round it off, Patti spends her free time at home with her dogs, horse, mule, and turkey.
Sheri Bozner, Billing Specialist
As a Billing Specialist, Sheri collaborates with our in-house billing team to ensure our patients realize the insurance benefits they are entitled to. Sheri takes pride in answering patient questions and working with her team to complete the full circle of patient care.
As a long time business owner, Sheri uses exceptional organizational and communication skills to create a positive work environment. With her Billing Team, Sheri understands vital importance of physical therapy and works each day to help every clinic team provide the best care possible by providing backend support in the billing office.
Ronya Schlager, Clinical Support Specialist
Ronya is a key support staff for our billing department and administrative staff. Ronya strives to assist patients in scheduling their physical therapy care. Her friendly and helpful personality is a favorite of staff and patients alike.
A long time patient care representative for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Ronya is passionate about helping her community get access to critical healthcare in a timely manner. She is proud to be a part of the physical therapy industry and continues her commitment supporting community members on their journey to healthy living.
A Wyoming girl, Ronya is proud to have raised her three children in Riverton. She and her husband enjoy kayaking with their dog, Simon, in tow.
Cassey Lynn, Physician Liaison and Physical Therapy Technician
Cassey Lynn spends both her time in the Riverton clinic as a Physical Therapy Technician and in the community as FTG's Physician Liaison. Patients love her kind manner as she assists with their prescribed care. In the clinic you will find Cassey helping patients with their rehabilitation, ensuring their time is comfortable and productive. She also takes pride in maintaining clinic supplies and equipment. Her newest role as Physician Liaison has her visiting all of FTG's locations as well as networking with local clinics in each community. Cassey enjoys helping collaborate with both the PTs and Physicians to help patient care be seamless and effective.
Cassey was born and raised in Hendersonville, TN. She earned her Bachelor Degree of Exercise Physiology from East Tennessee State University and has 7 years experience as a Physical Therapy Technician. She is certified by RockTape in Functional Movement Tape for both performance and basic function.
She and her husband Henry have lived in Riverton for 3 years now. They enjoy kayaking, playing with their Australian Shepherd, Newt, improving their 1st home, gardening, and participating in community events.
Ally Davis, Marketing
Ally worked in the background for several years helping Fremont Therapy Group and is now the Director of Marketing for all five clinics. She implements marketing strategies, manages digital marketing & social media and oversees campaigns, PR and events. Ally also helps foster relationships in the communities where we treat and care for patients.
Ally was born and raised in Lander, Wyoming and left to attend college at the University of Montana after high school. Upon graduating with a B.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism she worked as a TV reporter for three years in Missoula. Ally then moved to Los Angeles to work in the entertainment industry while her husband attended PT school. After spending 8 years away, she returned to Lander to work at a local software and marketing company.
Ally loves living in Wyoming close to friends, family and good people. She enjoys helping businesses tell their stories through marketing and media. When she’s not at work you can find her hosting dinner parties, capturing life via camera, and traveling with her husband & twin boys.
Stacey Nelson, Public Relations/Human Resources
After numerous years working in the science education field, Stacey is now focusing her efforts on helping Fremont Therapy Group continue to grow and provide exemplary care to the people of Wyoming.
Stacey works with our community partners in each FTG location to build relationships and give back to our communities in meaningful ways. In addition, she supports our company human resources function.
Stacey is a Wyoming native and can often be found photographing unsuspecting wildlife, floating the Green River, hiking, and chasing her two canine kids and two human kids around the state.
